These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrow Buddy Android game ("Arrow Buddy", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Arrow Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Arrow Buddy is a single-player offline puzzle game. It shows a single advertisement, before the "keep going" second-chance reward, and does not otherwise contain in-app purchases or a paid version. It has no user accounts, no chat or social features, and does not allow players to upload or share their own content.

2. License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Arrow Buddy on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not give you any ownership of the app, its code, artwork, sounds, level designs, or the Arrow Buddy name and logo.

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the app;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the app to a third party;
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice included in the app;
use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

3. Intellectual property

Arrow Buddy, including its name, logo, artwork, level designs, sounds, and underlying source code, is the property of its developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

4. Third-party services

The app uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring) to understand app usage and diagnose problems, and Google AdMob to show the single advertisement described in Section 1. Use of these services is also governed by Google's own Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for details of what is collected and why.

5. No warranty

Arrow Buddy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of defects, or that any defect will be corrected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer of Arrow Buddy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the app will not exceed the amount you paid to download the app — which, since Arrow Buddy is free, is zero.

7. Children

Arrow Buddy is intended for players aged 13 and over, which is the target audience declared on its Google Play listing. Nothing in the app is unsuitable for a younger player, but it is not aimed at them. A parent or guardian of a younger player who uses it anyway is responsible for supervising that use and agreeing to these Terms on the child's behalf where required by local law.

8. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party; you may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing all use of it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, No Warranty, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
